About Me

My photo
I am a 27 year old married mother of a beautiful, curly headed toddler named Easton and precious (and precocious) puppy named Ritzy. I have 3 blogs. The first blog is our family blog. Enjoy being nosey. Ha! The second blog is for the journey we have embarked on for our puppy. At almost 5 years old, our sweet Ritzy was diagnosed with calcium oxalate bladder stones. He had surgery to remove the stones. This blog is to document (and help others) our journey in saving Ritzy so he gets the long and healthy life he deserves. The third blog is for my "professional" life. It references my lovely Etsy store and all of the loveliness that inspires me on the wonderful world of Etsy

I'm a m-m-model, you know what I mean....

Easton had his 3 month pictures taken Sunday by Grandpa! Look at that little man! He's getting so big! He did so well, we have tons of great pictures to chose from, these are just 3 quick favorites!

Hope you're all enjoying the beautiful weather! We sure are!

Gazing into his mama's eyes. Let's say it all together now, "Awww!" :-)

"Anyone care to join me for a round?"

"Hey ladies! I'm single and ready to mingle!" Hehe :0)

My parents have a blog at http://www.ronandjoy.blogspot.com if anyone wants to let them know how cute the pictures are too. ;-)

Mairzy doats....

We love to make Easton giggle and belly laugh. The sound of him laughing is utterly....intoxicating and the sight of his smile makes us swell up with joy and pride.

E-man is a very happy baby, so when you see Ryan and I walking around, you will notice that we are inoxicated and "swelled up" with joy and pride 24/7!

We are always looking for new ways to make E smile and laugh, we have so much fun making silly faces at him, creating goofy noises for him and singing him nutty songs. Lately he has enjoyed it when I start to sing the silly tune "Mairzy doats" for him while tickling his chunky little body. He also enjoys being bounced up and down on our knees while having the theme song to Bonanza sung to him. Funny boy :-)

Here are some pictures from the weekend....

The little "E-dude" on his changing pad. He loves being on his changing pad, he turns into "crazy boy" when on there. He is all smiles and kicks his legs and body around while squealing with delight. He cracks himself up.

Easton in a new outfit from Grammy and Gramps! We had to put him in it before we left for church! :-) Look at those big blue eyes! He may be his daddy's "mini me" but he definitely has my eyes! :-)

Um, is anyone else's heart melting?

Sunday at Grammy and Grampy's house. A little family photo, or two.

Ryan was all excited to see Easton decked out in his Red Wings gear today. This little guy is ready to see the Wings win the Stanley Cup!
And lastly, Sunday night....we put together E's jumperoo this weekend. They say it is made for babies 4 months and up. Well, of course we couldn't wait until 4 months to put him in it! We wanted to see him enjoy it now! And enjoy it he did! He loves this thing, if you couldn't tell from these pictures! Ha!

Have a great weekend everyone!

Chunky Monkey!

Easton is 12 weeks old this week! Time is flying by!! Every day he is becoming more and more fun! He is "talking" up a storm and loves to smile and give us a good belly laugh!

Ryan and I made the decision to put the E-man on a delayed schedule for vaccinations. So rather than having a 2 month check-up with vaccinations, he had a 3 month check-up with vaccinations. E did not like his shots and he screamed while mommy held him and cried. He has been a real trooper ever since his shots though and has been happy as a clam.

During his appointment, we found out our little "chunky monkey" is 14 lbs. and 24 1/2" long! His weight is in the 72 percentile, his length in the 75 percentile and his head circumfrence in the 50 percentile! Big boy! Only 2 more pounds and he'll weigh as much as his big brother, Ritzy! :-)

E has been sleeping through the night (around 5-6 hours) since 5 weeks. Since 8 weeks he has been sleeping between 7-9 hours a night and for the past week he has been sleeping for 11 hours at night! Mommy and Daddy love that!

Also this week, we got out Easton's exersaucer and he has been really enjoying it! He loves to "chat" at his new "friends" that are on the exersaucer. E's good at making new friends! :-)
